PRE-WEDDING MEETINGS
1 Month out - Venue walk through!
This is where we meet up in person at your venue and go over the logistics of your day. We walk through your ceremony, and go through your timeline. If we see any issues during this walkthrough, I change your timeline to reflect the changes.
Rehearsal!
Depending on the venue, and their availability, this meeting usually happens the day before. At this meeting you can sometimes drop off your decor. This meeting is typically 1-2 hours, and we go through your ceremony with your wedding party and family.
HOW WE SUPPORT YOU ON YOUR WEDDING DAY!
10:00am - 11:00am - C&I Team arrives to your venue. One Coordinator stays at the venue to make sure your personal decor is set-up, and they greet incoming vendors (ie: cake, decorator, DJ etc)
12:00pm -C&I Coordinator leaves to check on you at your getting ready location
2:00pm-3:00pm - C&I Coordinator helps to execute first looks and photos (helping the Photographer with the shot list)
4:00pm-4:30pm - C&I Team coordinates every element of the ceremony - operation get you married!
4:30pm-7:00pm - During Cocktail hour, if the room needs to be flipped, we manage and execute the room flip with your venue staff. One coordinator manages the flip, while the other stays with the couple, to make sure they are taken care of. We will also coordinate any other extended family photos that still need to be taken.
7:00pm Onward - Dinner. During dinner, the C&I Coordinators will coordinate with the catering and venue for meal service. They will fully manage the Emcee and DJ, and cue them when to bring up speeches.
8:30pm Onwards - Cake cutting, first dances, games(!?) - Since every wedding is different, the activities that take place after dinner is usually unique to each wedding. Whatever you want to plan - we have your back! We have seen a lot throughout the years, and are open to share our opinions on how this part of your night can flow :)
